Kiva at Pecos Ruins National Park

This is a kiva, or "ceremonial pit," used by Native Americans for various rituals and ceremonies. I took this photo when I visited Santa Fe in the fall of 2005.

It was after that visit to NM that my photography really took off. I couldn't get enough of it. I wish I had more time to devote to it, but raising my Hannah and loving my John come first.
